Terms of Use — TrueNorth Intell App
These terms govern use of the TrueNorth Intell app for Clover, a private back-office integration provided by TrueNorth Intell LLC ("TrueNorth") to merchants engaged with TrueNorth's services.
License and use
Authorized merchants receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app as part of their TrueNorth engagement. The app is provided for the merchant's own back-office operations and may not be resold or made available to third parties.
Your data
The merchant owns their business data. The app accesses it only as described in our Privacy Policy, and its only write action is applying price and cost updates the merchant has reviewed and approved. Merchants may revoke the app's access at any time from their Clover dashboard.
Service terms
Where a merchant has a signed TrueNorth service agreement, that agreement governs service scope, guarantees, and remedies, and prevails over these terms if they conflict. The app is otherwise provided "as is," and TrueNorth's liability in connection with the app is limited to the amounts paid for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms makes TrueNorth a payment processor; the app processes no payments.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, with venue in St. Croix County, Wisconsin.
